SystemLex Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, Screenshot Organizer Pro (the "App"), handles your data.

Our core philosophy is strict privacy: Screenshot Organizer Pro operates 100% offline. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share your personal information, images, or extracted text on any external servers.

1. Data Access and Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requests specific permissions on your device. All data accessed via these permissions remains strictly on your device.

• Storage/Media Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): The App requires this permission solely to scan your local device storage for screenshots. This allows the App to display, organize, and manage your screenshots within the user interface.

• Notification Permissions (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): If you enable the "Smart Cleanup" automation feature, the App requires notification permissions to alert you when 30-day-old screenshots are found and ready to be moved to the trash.

2. Local AI and Text Extraction (OCR)

Screenshot Organizer Pro features a search function that extracts text from your screenshots to make them searchable.

• On-Device Processing: All Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and text indexing are performed completely locally on your device's hardware.

• No Cloud Uploads: Your images and the text extracted from them are never uploaded to the cloud, sent to our servers, or shared with any third-party APIs. The local database used for searching never leaves your phone.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not collect or transmit any of your personal data or files off your device, we do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• App Data: All text indexes and organizational data generated by the App are stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete this data at any time by clearing the App's cache/storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

• Screenshot Deletion: The App provides tools (such as the 30-day Smart Cleanup) to help you delete old screenshots. Deleting a screenshot through the App utilizes Android's native MediaStore deletion or trash requests, meaning the files are removed from your device's storage according to your operating system's standard procedures.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not intentionally target children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Since the App operates entirely offline and does not collect data, children's data remains secure on their local devices.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
